Your Instructor
Although I publish my art under the name of Little Miss Tyne, my name is Dee Gellie. I started creating art one day in 2016 after deciding that I was tired of only being
able to draw stick men. I wanted to learn how to draw and paint beautiful, and hopefully sometimes inspirational, girls. To achieve that goal, I have read books and completed online courses from other, more experienced artists. I am currently enrolled in even more classes in hopes of learning new techniques and continuing to grow as an artist. I have also enjoyed lots of experimenting and practicing on my own to try to find my own flair and style. I believe that there’s always room for growth when it comes to my art!
As I have traveled along my art journey, I have had the pleasure of illustrating a children’s chapter book as well as publishing my own inspirational coloring book to help
promote self-love. I have also had the enjoyment of being able to create some adorable clear stamps for others to use in their own art endeavors. I love sharing my art with others as free coloring pages and as YouTube videos showing techniques and methods that I have found to work for me.
I look forward to many, many more years of sharing my creative fun, all inspired by the life and love I share with my amazing husband, two kids, five cats, and one dog!
